Would like to see if I could purchase from Pampers rather than retail store

I love Pampers. I don't love that I have to have a retail store in order to buy from Pampers.
That seems so unfair to all the parents who don't want to put all their money into just a couple of stores. It's frustrating. I should be able to purchase Pampers products from Pampers without needing to be supplying a whole store. Yes, I get supplying stores, but why only supply stores?
Why not also supply the people who would like to support only Pampers with their Pampers purchases? Maybe it shouldn't get on my nerves, but it does.

User's recommendation: This is actually a recommendation for future and current customers call Pampers and tell them that we want to be able to buy from them to support them and not these retail stores Pampers is what covers our baby's butts we should be supporting Pampers not these retailer stores that sell Pampers we as parents deserve to go straight to the source just like a retail store just like a hospital can but instead we have to go to the store or order them online and support other businesses I do understand that Pampers make their money but personally I would love to only support them not always supporting my local Walmart for everything I don't know maybe it's just me but come on Pampers let your consumers buy from you not just your retail customers that are always going to be there to buy give the actual parents the courtesy to shop under an actual Pampers store or be able to shop online for only Pampers products other diapers so yes my recommendation for future and current customers give Pampers a call and tell them we want to buy from them not from retailers and let's make a change

That their customer service suck , as someone that works in customer service this is not how consumers should be treated ore ignored .
I bought a box of size 6 Pampers, which normally has 3 x 32 packs; however, after opening it recently, I've discovered that I only got 2 x 32 packs inside my box. I'm really so frustrated and disappointed because I buy at least 2 boxes a month. This box was an extra that I didn't need to open immediately, and now that I really needed it most, I feel like I was let down.

We are club members of the First Cry app. We have been ordering Pampers Premium Care diapers through this app for the past 3 and a half years.
However, our last 2 orders of Pampers Premium Care diapers were defective. There was an issue with the leakage. Never in any of these 3 and a half years have we encountered such a problem, but our last 2 orders of Pampers diapers were a complete waste of money. These diapers cost a lot of money, so they obviously can't be thrown away.
Our last order was on 1st April 2025, having number 620****PPXFEB42F9 on First Cry, and the second one on First Cry was 620****XBRB444A0E. You are requested to kindly either exchange the product or refund the amount for the last order.
It is also intimated that the last order of diapers is in use. So, if possible, kindly exchange them for better quality or refund the amount.

Hello, I am a frequent customer buyer of your product pampers. As a single mother we all know a baby in itself can be quite expensive and I just writing an email wanting to slightly complain about one of your products the pampers all-drys.
It seems I have had a frequent persistence of leakages using this product. Which leads to more washes, clean up time, and waste of baby essentials. And I would be happy to inform I have to spend a little more money for the pampers swaddlers due to the leakages of the all-drys and that slight difference in price is cutting into the budget of other nessecities such as diaper wipes, because I'm having to buy a cheaper bulk due to the inconvenience.
I would be happy to hear a response as soon as possible to discuss the matter at hand. Thank you, from concerned consumer.
