Resolved: So QC can double chexkthe quality
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I contacted Pampers and explained them what was happening with the diapers and as I have nvr experienced such an issue previously it wasnt had to resolve.
I understand that in production sumtyms we have to cater for mishaps and pampers understood my side as well.
I was not stressful nd lengthy. It was done professionally both ways.

Worst experience ever
Well lets see I spoke to someone at pampers about my issue and then all they said is I'm going to replace the money for the diapers!!I was like really what about the freaking drs. Visit I had to pay out of pocket for??
So on October 11,2023 I went to Walmart and I purchased yalls big box of Pampers and a bigger box of wipes!!
So I get home and about 8 pm I gave my daughter and my son a bath and then I feed them and I laid them down!
Bout 12 there both screaming on tops of there lungs I thought someone was in there hurting my babies ..
But no one was no were to be found but me and my husband both was looking at each other freaked out cause there both still screaming!
So when I tried giving them there bottles they didn't want them which is unusual cause they both love to eat!!
So when we laid them down to see if they needed there diaper changed, and as soon as I took my babies diapers off I wanted to scream and just start crying!!( Whiches I did)!!
I hate to see my babies in so much pain,
But when I took them diapers off and seen the amount of blisters they both had on the private areas I wanted to scream and cuss y'all out!!
So I called there doc and he told me to take them to the ER if it was that bad!
So we did exactly as we was told and we took them up there to the doctor!!
The doctors eyes widened as he opened up my babies diapers!!
He said omg Mrs Brown what happened to them??!
He said the diapers has done this and the wipes!!
He told me to quit using them immediately and call an attorney!!
But me and my husband talked about it and we decided not to hire an attorney right now cause we are going to see if your going to make it rightl!!
I got all the pictures and the Dr bills if you wanna see them!!
I think y'all should pay for my babies pain , there Dr bills,
And I want a refund for these stupid diapers!!
Y'all lucky I don't sue y'all cause that's what my Dr said I should do cause my babies are just now starting to clear up as soon as I changed over to Huggies!!
So yea y'all really need to fix this cause if y'all don't I will call ever news station And I will have my attorney send y'all out documents to see y'all in court!!
So yea I suggest y'all hit me back immediately under this mAtter, yall can email me or text or call me but email is better!!

O yea so the drs office and the lawyer helped with my numbers and for both of my babies Dr. Apps was $2025.98
And then there medicine was $155.00
O and we don't get insurance cause the state of TN says me and my husband make to much money so yea we had to pay out of pocket for this!!
And I want a refund for the diapers and wipes
Both of those was
$80.00 not to mention all the other boxes we bought from y'all shoot that's easily another 300.00 right there..
So either y'all can reimburse me for all of this or I can see y'all in court!!
And I will make sure that I go to every Walmart in the next 5 states telling everyone how sucky yalls diapers really are!!
O and my best friend works for channel 13 news channel and I'm sure they would love to add to the mess y'all already got going on there now!!

Resolved: Pampers not sticking
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I didnt except any kind of compensation but P& G are rlly amazing.They ar efficient, easy to speak to, altho it was done via email.
I did try to call but loadshedding nd netwrk issues were a constant problem. But the emails were always fast to respond and i was understood nd they didnt make me feel like uncomfortable or tht contacting them directly was a waste. I appreciate all their effort and tym.
